These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mixtape Mosaic website and purchases from Mixtape Mosaic, operated by Capture60, LLC in Pennsylvania. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Handmade products and vintage materials
Mixtape Mosaic pieces are handmade with real vintage cassette tapes. Shell colors, labels, screw holes, scuffs, wear, rotation, edges, spacing, alignment, and other small variations are part of the materials and process. These natural variations make each piece unique and are not defects.
Digital previews and proofs show the intended creative direction. Screen color, image cropping, tape placement, material availability, and the finished handmade result may vary. A preview is not a pixel-perfect guarantee.
Custom artwork and permissions
You represent that you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use any image, artwork, name, logo, or other material you submit. You are responsible for the content you provide and for obtaining any needed permissions.
You grant Capture60, LLC a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, crop, resize, adjust, and otherwise process submitted material only as reasonably needed to provide previews and proofs, produce and fulfill your order, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We will not use your custom artwork in public promotion without your permission.
We may decline or cancel a request that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, hateful, unsafe, or unsuitable for production. We may also ask for a better source file if an image is too small, compressed, or unclear for the selected size.
Orders, prices, and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin production. Prices, taxes, discounts, shipping charges, and product details shown at checkout apply to that purchase. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfillment and will offer a refund if you do not accept the correction.
Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices. You agree to provide current, accurate billing, contact, shipping, and pickup information.
Proofs and production
Custom orders include a review or proofing step when described in the product or order flow. Approval of a proof or selected design direction authorizes us to begin production. Changes requested after production begins may be unavailable, may delay the order, or may require an additional charge.
Production typically takes two to three weeks before shipping. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Timing can change based on order volume, artwork review, material availability, and the sourcing of vintage tapes.
Shipping and pickup
We package finished wall art with protective materials. Shipping options, charges, and any free United States shipping offer are those displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays or an incorrect address supplied by the customer, but we will help investigate delivery issues.
For event or studio pickup, ownership and risk transfer when the order is handed to you or your authorized recipient. Please inspect the package promptly and contact us if there is a problem.
Cancellations, returns, and damage
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are produced for a specific customer, cancellations and returns are limited once production begins. Contact us promptly and we will review the status of the order.
If a piece arrives damaged or is materially different from the approved direction, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, repair, replace, or refund the affected item. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Site content and acceptable use
The Mixtape Mosaic name, site design, text, graphics, photographs, product designs, and other content we own are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the site for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
Third-party names, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided as described and as available. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Handcrafted and vintage-material variations described above are not defects.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Capture60, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site or a purchase. Our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the item giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and disputes
Pennsylvania law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our business or legal requirements change. The terms posted when you place an order govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
