Your information
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Mixtape Mosaic is operated by Capture60, LLC in Pennsylvania. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, join our newsletter, contact us, upload artwork, customize a piece, place an order, or buy from us at an event.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact and order information, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping details, and messages you send us.
- Custom artwork information, including images you upload, design choices, proof feedback, and other instructions needed to create your piece.
- Transaction information, such as items purchased, price, payment status, pickup or shipping details, and order history. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Newsletter information, including your email address, when and where you signed up, and your subscription status.
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page, and website activity collected through hosting, security, and analytics tools.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide previews and proofs, produce custom artwork, fulfill orders, and arrange shipping or pickup.
- Process payments and send transactional messages, such as receipts, order confirmations, and service updates.
- Respond to questions and provide customer support.
- Send newsletter and promotional email when you ask to receive it.
- Protect our customers, website, and business from fraud, misuse, and security issues.
- Maintain records, comply with law, and improve our products and website.
Newsletter and email
When you submit the newsletter form, you ask to receive occasional marketing email from Mixtape Mosaic. We store your email and consent record in Supabase and may sync the address to Resend, our email service provider. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop receipts or other messages needed to complete an order.
Customer artwork
You retain ownership of artwork and images you provide. We use those files only as reasonably necessary to create previews, review the request, produce and fulfill your order, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We will not publicly display your custom artwork for promotion without your permission.
How we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate, including payment processing, website hosting, data storage, email delivery, analytics, shipping, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or as part of a business sale or reorganization.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, support customers, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, subject to records needed to honor that request. Custom artwork files are kept only as long as reasonably needed for production, support, and recordkeeping.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for a small online business. No system can guarantee complete security.
Cookies and analytics
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, performance, and analytics. You can adjust browser controls, but blocking some technologies may affect how the site works.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond as required by applicable law. To make a request, email [email protected].
Children
Our website and products are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Third-party services
Our website may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy as our business or legal requirements change. The updated version will appear here with a new last-updated date.

Advertising measurement
We use Meta Pixel, Reddit Pixel, and Google Ads tags to measure advertising effectiveness and activity such as page visits, artwork selection, cart additions, checkout, and completed purchases. These services may receive browser and device information, cookie identifiers, referral and campaign information, and purchase values. We do not intentionally send your uploaded artwork, checkout contact details, or payment credentials in our advertising events.
Advertising measurement is on by default. You can turn it off or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. We remember your saved opt-out. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for these advertising tags. Declining does not affect shopping or checkout. Our Mixpanel site analytics operates separately. For visits arriving through social campaign links, we also use Mixpanel Session Replay to understand navigation, engagement, and artwork choices. These replays mask typed inputs and most text, block uploaded artwork and customization previews, and exclude checkout and private pages. Turning unnecessary cookies off also stops these replays.
For details about each advertising service, see Meta's privacy policy, Reddit's privacy policy, and Google's privacy policy.
